Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification and advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of program management experience-ideally within Infrastructure, Operations
  • Strong knowledge of program management principles, methodologies, tools, and both theoretical and practical program execution.
  • Hands-on experience with technical infrastructure and security programs, including vendor management, SOWs, RFPs, and contract processes.
  • Working knowledge of IT systems, Agile and SDLC, and technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX/Windows servers, SQL, NAS/SAN, networking, wireless, enterprise releases, AWS, and cloud services.
  • Proven leadership in people management, strategic planning, risk/change management, with strong proficiency in GSuite, Visio, and MS Project.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with IT management, software development, test, and infrastructure teams.
  • Engage with senior executives and customers to translate business strategy and opportunities into actionable technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear written reports, presentations, and decision-making guidance to support program objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations and facilitate solutions in complex IT and business environments, adapting quickly to change.
  • Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, participation, and successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of the Infrastructure & Operations Program, including scope definition, roadmap creation, and executive reporting.
  • Develop full lifecycle program plans in partnership with IT and business teams, ensuring clear goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Assemble, coordinate, and support program staff while collaborating with IT Program Managers to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Plan and manage program schedules, recurring meetings, and ad-hoc sessions to ensure transparency and timely decision-making.
  • Track deliverables, maintain RAID logs, manage risks, and implement program changes or interventions needed to achieve outcomes.
  • Monitor and report program progress to stakeholders, presenting updates, issues, and solutions, and conduct evaluations throughout and post-deployment.
