About The Position

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the development and deployment of secure and highly available private / public cloud platforms and services, including technical computing, end user workspace, storage, network, identity, collaboration and voice communications environments. Provide modern infrastructure solutions to support complex, modern business applications and services. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the operations of secure and highly available private / public cloud platforms and services including applications, servers, and networks. They, install, maintain, upgrade, and use devops principles to continuously improve the corporate operating environment. They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes tracking metrics, monitoring and event management; responding to incidents, problems, and planning for growth. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for developing, deploying, and testing disaster recovery and avoidance solutions for the systems and services that are critical the operation of the business. These include, identity, infrastructure security services, telecommunications, compute, storage, core infrastructure services, workstation, remote connectivity, internet access, multi-site connectivity, monitoring and alerting, secondary data center(s), and business defined applications and services. We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable low‑code solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. This role requires deep, hands‑on experience across the Power Platform, with particular expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and CoE implementation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities and deliver end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions
  • Design, build, and support applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
  • Own solutions throughout their lifecycle, from intake and design through deployment and optimization
  • Implement and support Power Platform governance and CoE practices, including standards, guardrails, and monitoring
  • Enable and guide citizen developers through best practices, documentation, and collaboration
