In addition to driving execution excellence, this role will champion AI-driven automation, intelligent delivery tooling, and vendor performance governance to enhance efficiency, scalability, and measurable business value. You will ensure mission-critical platforms are delivered with precision while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational resilience, security, and financial discipline.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise-scale technology delivery programs within FinTech, banking, payments, insurance, or regulated financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering cloud-native, microservices-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of Agile at scale (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern delivery governance models.
  • Strong working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud security principles.
  • Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled tools within engineering or operational workflows.
  • Proven experience integrating regulatory and compliance frameworks into technical delivery.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and delivery rigor across concurrent strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated, and deadline-driven environments.

  • Strong financial services acumen, including understanding of payments processing, transaction flows, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and revenue impact models.

  • Integrating AI-enabled delivery intelligence to enhance forecasting, sprint predictability, quality, and proactive risk detection.
  • Driving AI-powered automation across the SDLC and DevSecOps (testing, code review, compliance validation, security scanning, predictive analytics, release impact analysis)
  • Leveraging ML and analytics to improve capacity planning, incident trend detection, and executive reporting dashboards.
  • Establishing responsible AI governance standards addressing data privacy, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, QA, and data teams across distributed models; facilitate executive governance forums and remove systemic impediments.
  • Overseeing vendor lifecycle management including RFPs, technical and security due diligence, AI capability assessment, SLA-based scorecards, SOW governance, commercial risk management, QBRs, and vendor optimization strategies.
  • Embedding regulatory and security frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, PSD2, Open Banking) into delivery governance, ensuring audit readiness, documentation integrity, and secure SDLC best practices.
  • Serving as primary executive interface, delivering transparent reporting on progress, financials, automation impact, vendor performance, and risk posture while enabling KPI-driven decisions.
  • Proactively managing technical, operational, regulatory, AI, and vendor risks; govern budgets, forecasting, ROI tracking, change control, and maintain delivery predictability under pressure.
