About The Position

As the Technical Delivery Manager at TripSpark, you are responsible for providing strong technical and delivery leadership to a team of Project Deployment Specialists. This role combines people leadership with deep understanding of software implementation, delivery methodologies, and customer-facing technical solutions to ensure TripSpark products are implemented on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. The Manager is accountable for developing team capability, strengthening technical delivery practices, and continuously improving delivery outcomes for customers and the business. This role requires a technically capable people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The successful candidate brings strong software delivery expertise, can translate technical concepts into practical implementation plans, and partners effectively across Sales, Product, and Development. The Technical Delivery Manager applies sound technical judgment to resource planning, delivery forecasting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while actively developing the technical and professional skills of the team

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to the implementation team, ensuring sound delivery approaches, scope control, and solution quality across projects.
  • Lead the team through complex technical and customer escalations, applying root-cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Build and execute professional development plans that strengthen technical proficiency, delivery discipline, and customer-facing skills across the team.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deepen their understanding of TripSpark solutions, implementation best practices, and emerging delivery tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical curiosity, and accountability for delivery excellence.
  • Manage team capacity and allocation to meet delivery demand while maintaining delivery quality and sustainability.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on delivery performance and monthly Professional Services revenue.
  • Develop and maintain staffing and skills plans aligned with growth and evolving delivery requirements.
  • Own the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing, working closely with Sales to support opportunity development and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development to influence solution design and prioritize delivery-enabling enhancements in the Professional Services development queue.
  • Support Quarterly Strategic Reviews by communicating delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% within North America.
