Optimize Assets: Work with 3D models, textures, shaders, and animations to ensure efficiency and high performance in real-time engines (Unity/Unreal). Create Tools: Develop tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline the production pipeline and enhance team productivity. Shader Development: Design and implement custom shaders using Shader Graph (Unity) or Material Editor/Blueprints (Unreal Engine). Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with artists, engineers, and designers to address technical issues and ensure visual fidelity. Solve Challenges: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, rendering issues, and other technical problems that arise during production. Support the Team: Assist artists with engine-specific tasks, such as material setup, asset integration, and lighting adjustments. Implement VFX: Create and optimize real-time particle effects and other visual enhancements.
