Ternary is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our journey to build the best multi-cloud FinOps platform in the market to help engineers, finance, and business leaders maximize the business value of the cloud. Ternary uniquely provides a self-hosted deployment option, enterprise-grade cost allocation, anomaly detection, and case workflow management to foster collaboration between teams. We: Are a passionate team of people who are devoted to building the platform that would have best helped us (engineers, finance, leadership) with Cloud FinOps in our past positions. Have a founding team with deep experience - many of our team members were early employees for the legacy products in the FinOps space and have seen this movie before. Have Enterprise customers operating at scale. You: Are an empathetic person and active listener who loves building solutions to help others. Have a collaborative attitude and are eager to pair with peers and nontechnical colleagues to get things done. Are willing to work in a mostly remote setting in a Continental USA time zone (from Pacific to Eastern). Love working at startups and want your work to have immediate impact.
