As the world's leading cloud and AI provider with 200+ services, AWS needs strategic thinkers who can connect the dots across our vast portfolio — from helping customers achieve high availability and disaster recovery across multiple Regions, to enabling fault-tolerant architectures that meet the most stringent RTO/RPO requirements. In this role, you'll work backwards from customer needs to influence product strategy across multiple domains — from Analytics and AI to Security, Developer Tools, and Cloud Resilience. We're looking for a unique blend of technologist and business strategist — someone who can dive deep into technical architecture while crafting portfolio-level value propositions that resonate with customers. You'll partner with product and GTM teams to identify our ideal customers, understand their priorities and use cases, shape our portfolio of offerings to address those use cases, synthesize market intelligence, and develop messaging that helps customers understand how AWS can transform their business — and protect it.
