We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor or Manager who brings leadership, technical expertise, integrity, and humility to our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 10+ years tax experience with leadership focus
- Strong business development skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex Business and Individual returns
- Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services
- Manage and develop close client relationships
- Coach and mentor team members
- Serve as a technical resource for clients, managers, seniors and associates
- Help define firm strategy and growth
