About The Position

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our team. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax preparation and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and collaboration. As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will have a unique opportunity to work with a growing team of professionals with the needed expertise to accomplish client goals, while expanding your knowledge and experience across a wide variety of clientele. Requirements

3+ years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns
Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies relating to tax, accounting, and finance
Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred
EA or CPA required (or actively working towards licensure)

Responsibilities

Prepare complex individual, business (c-corp, s-corp, partnerships), exempt & fiduciary tax returns.
Build, maintain and enhance client relationships.
Advise clients on issues related to tax, finance & business practices.
Identify, research, and resolve complex tax issues.
Support manager with various ad-hoc projects.
