Senior Talent Partner (US) Location: New York City (Hybrid / 4 days onsite) Reporting to: Chris McKelvie, Talent Leader The Role Fyxer AI is building out its US go-to-market team and is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead that effort. This role is focused on hiring and scaling our US Sales and GTM organization as the company grows from early-stage traction into its next phase of expansion. You will work directly with Jonathon Blackburn (CRO) and Vio (CCO) to build the North American function, helping define team structure, hiring priorities, and execution as the organization scales. The Context Over the past year, Fyxer AI has grown from $1M to $30M in ARR. Our next goal is to continue that momentum as we expand in the US market. Building a strong, well-calibrated GTM team is central to that plan. We’re looking for someone who understands how to hire effectively in fast-growing SaaS environments and who values both performance and thoughtful team-building.
