About The Position

Senior Talent Partner (US) Location: New York City (Hybrid / 4 days onsite) Reporting to: Chris McKelvie, Talent Leader The Role Fyxer AI is building out its US go-to-market team and is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead that effort. This role is focused on hiring and scaling our US Sales and GTM organization as the company grows from early-stage traction into its next phase of expansion. You will work directly with Jonathon Blackburn (CRO) and Vio (CCO) to build the North American function, helping define team structure, hiring priorities, and execution as the organization scales. The Context Over the past year, Fyxer AI has grown from $1M to $30M in ARR. Our next goal is to continue that momentum as we expand in the US market. Building a strong, well-calibrated GTM team is central to that plan. We’re looking for someone who understands how to hire effectively in fast-growing SaaS environments and who values both performance and thoughtful team-building. The Fyxer Reality: Why We Win Last year, we grew from $1M to $30M ARR with a team of just 12. We’re on track for $100M ARR by the end of 2026. We have product-market fit, but we take none of it for granted. We are relentlessly focused on becoming the $10B+ category leader in this space. The Evidence We are Ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s list of top AI apps (based on real startup spend). Every other company in that top 10 is already valued at $10B+. We are the outlier. The Culture of Agency We hire exceptional people, give them total ownership, and get out of their way. A small, obsessed team will always outperform a bloated, unfocused one. Unreasonable Effort, Outsized Impact You’ll move faster here than anywhere else on earth. Our team is proof: Our Promise We refuse to fall into the "Big Co" trap of overhiring and bureaucracy. Zero Bureaucracy: No slow-motion decision making. Deep Work: Company-wide focus time—zero meetings until 3 PM. High Intensity: A humble, ambitious group giving unreasonable effort to the right things.

Requirements

  • GTM-focused recruiter: You’ve hired sales and GTM teams in Series B+ AI companies and understand what good looks like at different growth stages.
  • Execution-oriented: You’re comfortable hiring at pace and managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality.
  • High ownership: You know how to operate independently, set benchmarks, and close candidates in competitive US markets.
  • People-centered: You care about how teams come together, how new hires are supported, and how culture evolves during growth.
  • Comfortable with intensity: You’re used to fast-moving environments and understand the demands of scaling quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own US GTM hiring: Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers, as the team grows from ~10 to 50+ people.
  • Partner with GTM leadership: Work closely with sales leaders to define profiles, align on hiring priorities, and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
  • Proactive sourcing: Identify and engage experienced GTM talent through direct outreach and relationship-building, not just inbound applicants.
  • Candidate experience & onboarding: Ensure a consistent, respectful candidate journey and support effective onboarding as the team scales.
  • Process & tooling: Use data and AI-enabled tools to keep hiring efficient, organized, and transparent.
