The Senior Talent Partner is a contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. This role owns and elevates hiring across our Go-To-Market organization while flexing into key non-technical roles across the business. This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a strategic, metrics-driven talent partnership role embedded directly into the business. This role serves as the dedicated Senior Talent Partner to GTM leaders, driving hiring across Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Field Service and Implementation roles, Channel and Partner roles, and GTM Operations and Marketing hires. The role also flexes into non-technical corporate roles such as People, Finance and Operations as needed to support overall business growth.
