As a Senior Talent Partner at DailyPay, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Commercial recruitment efforts by ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will collaborate with Commercial leaders to define hiring needs, design tailored recruitment strategies, and proactively build candidate pipelines using innovative methods, leading our Commercial sourcing strategy from initial reach out to offer. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong understanding of industry trends in competitive markets, and a commitment to delivering diverse, top-tier talent that aligns with DailyPay's objectives. In addition to recruiting, you will mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team, provide leadership on complex hiring initiatives, and influence strategic decisions related to talent acquisition across all functions in the business. Your ability to lead by example and collaborate across functions will be critical to your success in this role. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office (3 days in office)
