About The Position

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, has an opening for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Senior Talent Management Coordinator to support our government customer in Picatinny, NJ. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide a broad range of executive support to the DTM, execute projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials while supporting staff actions, determine status, prioritize events, and provide comprehensive status briefs to the DTM. Develop plans and information supporting Talent Management efforts and work in partnership with the G1, Human Resource department personnel. Efforts include researching and recommending tools and processes related to hiring, retention and training of personnel. Coordinate activities related to the JPEO A&A mentoring program and activities related to out-processing of departing personnel to include exit interview information, statistics and analyze data to determine if there are trends related to departing personnel. Schedule appointments, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and conferences (on-site, off-site and via e-conferencing channels). Events include training opportunities, workshops, and fireside chats with senior leaders Plan monthly lunch and learn to educate the JPEO A&A workforce and occasionally the entire Picatinny Arsenal workforce on a broad range of topics to include career path development, functional training, and leadership training. Present and lead some of the lunch and learn training sessions. Advertise and promote internal events to the workforce. Coordinate communications to encourage event attendance and solicit post-event feedback. Handle events and meeting itineraries and respond to questions regarding events and activities Prepare and maintain metrics on event attendance and conduct analysis on engagements and recommend ideas on how to improve attendance. Develop and maintain relationships with numerous internal and external personnel, to include Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) offices, and the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Prepare a weekly Executive Summary (EXSUM) for submission to JPEO A&A leadership on the status of Talent Management current and future activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • 10+ years talent management or human resources, and pertinent policies, procedures, training and certifications.
  • Experience in conducting training and preparing presentation packages (content and graphics).
