As the Senior Talent Inclusivity Ambassador at Mavagi Enterprises, Inc., this role is pivotal in overseeing the entire recruitment process. Collaborating closely with Company Management, responsibilities encompass developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and selection procedures. This includes managing sourcing activities, conducting thorough screening processes, coordinating hiring events, ensuring smooth placement, and facilitating comprehensive onboarding—all while adhering to compliance requirements under federal program guidelines. The success of this position requires a deep understanding of Mavagi Enterprises, Inc., and the ability to align with organizational policies and procedures. Moreover, it involves recruiting for a diverse talent pool, with a specific focus on individuals with different abilities (disabilities) in accordance with the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act and ABILITY ONE Guidelines.
