Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and eLearning tools
  • Strong customer focus with a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
  • Technically savvy, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess learning and performance needs and translate them into effective learning solutions through needs, content, and learner analysis.
  • Design and develop end‑to‑end learning programs aligned to business objectives, including regional and CoE‑specific training initiatives.
  • Create engaging learning content using a range of delivery methods (e.g., web‑based, mobile, blended learning).
  • Develop assessments, scorecards, and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple learning projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives and ensure content and delivery methods are appropriate for the target audience.
  • Maintain, adapt, and enhance existing learning materials across multiple formats.
  • Facilitate training sessions and prepare internal trainers as needed.
  • Serve as local administrator for learning and development activities, including facilitation, coordination, evaluation, and regional content management.
  • Manage training operations, including course catalog updates, training calendar maintenance, registrations, reporting, and material distribution.
  • Design and manage the Training SharePoint site.
  • Provide learner, facilitator, and logistics support, addressing scheduling, communication, and delivery issues as they arise.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and overall learner experience.
  • Support internal customer inquiries during peak periods and perform other duties as required.
