About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment initiatives for complex, business-critical clinical and non-clinical roles. This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by providing expertise in talent market conditions, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, and compensation alignment. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to organizational success by driving hiring efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, supporting compensation decision-making, and strengthening workforce planning efforts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment for complex, specialized, and high-impact roles Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define recruitment strategies Provide consultative guidance on talent availability and hiring risks Develop targeted sourcing strategies using advanced search methodologies Build proactive pipelines aligned with workforce planning needs Recruitment Lifecycle Leadership Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation Conduct behavioral-based interviews and candidate assessments Present candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations Draft and manage strategic recruitment campaigns and postings Ensure a high-quality candidate experience Compensation & Market Alignment Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis Recommend competitive and equitable compensation packages Support compensation discussions and offer structuring Partner with HR leadership on compensation calibration Maintain awareness of wage trends and market movement Metrics & Analytics Identify hiring trends and recommend process improvements Support workforce planning through recruitment data insights Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with employment laws, CMS, DOH, and internal policy Maintain audit-ready recruitment documentation Protect confidentiality of candidate and organizational information Collaboration & Leadership Support Mentor and support recruiting peers when appropriate Partner cross-functionally with HR, onboarding, and hiring leaders Represent organization at recruitment events and networking initiatives Schedule: 8:30AM – 5:30PM Weekly Hours: 40 QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience: 10+ years progressive full-cycle recruitment experience Demonstrated success recruiting critical and/or specialized roles Experience conducting compensation/salary analysis Strong stakeholder management & consultative skills Advanced sourcing & candidate assessment skills ATS proficiency (Workday preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions Preferred Bilingual Healthcare / clinical recruitment expertise Multi-site / multi-entity recruitment experience Experience mentoring recruiters Additional Requirements: Motivated, energetic, excellent organization and communication skills; conscientious attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks; strong commitment to working as a team player. Experience working with or managing staffing agency partnerships Physical Requirements Individuals must be able to sustain certain physical requirements essential to the job. This includes, but is not limited to: Standing – Duration of up to 6 hours a day. Sitting/Stationary Positions – Sedentary position in duration of up to 6-8 hours a day for consecutive hours/periods. Lifting/Push/Pull – Up to 50 pounds of equipment, baggage, supplies, and other items used in the scope of the job using OSHA guidelines, etc. Bending/Squatting – Have to be able to safely bend or squat to perform the essential functions under the scope of the job. Stairs/Steps/Walking/Climbing – Must be able to safely maneuver stairs, climb up/down, and walk to access work areas. Agility/Fine Motor Skills - Must demonstrate agility and fine motor skills to operate and activate equipment, devices, instruments, and tools to complete essential job functions (ie. typing, use of supplies, equipment, etc.) Sight/Visual Requirements – Must be able to visually read documentation, papers, orders, signs, etc., and type/write documentation, etc. with accuracy. Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (Language) Requirements – Must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, co-workers, clients, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, they must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language motor skills for customers to understand the individual. Cognitive Ability – Must be able to demonstrate good decision-making, reasonableness, cognitive ability, rational processing, and analysis to satisfy essential functions of the job. Salary Range (Min-Max): $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 Centerlight Healthcare Systems is based in New York and currently hires employees in states where we are registered to do business.
