About The Position

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for the U.S. and Canada, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Develop robust external networks across US & Canada to drive talent to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant, collaborating with business group hiring leaders to support recruiting efforts Utilize recruiting and candidate-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, job boards, etc.) Conduct proactive research and explore new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies Convey competitive intelligence and trends to hiring managers and business stakeholders Research and build strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, market research and competitor analysis Monitor individual performance using data and metrics to track candidates through the sourcing process Collaborate with Strategic Workforce Planning, University & Events Recruiting Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of experience in recruiting and three (3) years of experience building and deploying various external talent-sourcing strategies in a private, public, government or military environment
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start) and nine (9) years of experience in recruiting and three (3) years of experience building and deploying various external talent-sourcing strategies in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing and other highly complex roles
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to partner effectively with Senior and Executive Leaders
  • Proficient in using Workday as an ATS
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to effectively build talent pipelines
  • Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics
  • Presents ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrates stakeholder management and consultation abilities
  • Experience in recruiting for multiple functions and departments simultaneously
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Exhibits initiative and curiosity
