Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist works closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Managers and Executive leadership to develop creative strategies to identify passive talent. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist - Senior will be required to develop practical and creative ways to identify leading qualified talent and attract passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. This position will be instrumental to help to define, design and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of roles, including executive and C-suite, understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
