As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide professional support in recruitment, sourcing, and other human resources talent acquisition duties. This includes participating in the full life cycle recruitment process, from recruiting and interviewing to selecting and hiring professionals. You will be responsible for providing input to business line management on the appropriateness of proposed offers, including base salary, sign-on bonuses, and relocation packages, and extending employment offers. Additionally, you will assist the Human Resources Manager in workforce planning activities such as reporting, strategy on hard-to-fill positions, and creating job descriptions. The role also involves coordinating the Bank’s diversity recruiting efforts, building rapport with clients and fellow associates, and maintaining current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures, including BSA and OFAC requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with automated applicant-tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools.

Responsibilities
