14469 - Senior Systems Engineer (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience as Technical Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer (senior-level) (6-10+ years); Experience working across networking, security, identity, and backend systems Experience covering multiple technical areas (network, security, AD, SSO, VOIP, backend systems) Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Windows Server, client OS, AD, Oracle, and MS SQL; Experience with computer architecture aspects including databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, and firewalls; Experience with SQL script execution for data management and troubleshooting; Experience analyzing application and environment logs; Experience with Windows server administration and supporting on-premises Windows and RE Linux based applications; Experience gathering, evaluating, decomposing, and prioritizing business needs and creating BRDs; Experience supporting applications with SSO integration; Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls; Experience with Agile working methodologies; Experience with Cybersecurity applications and security stacks; Experience in Data analytics and dashboarding skills. I.E. Power BI and MS Power Apps; Experience with cutover planning and change management systems; Experience with Windows OS and Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Test lead experience (test management, planning, execution, oversight); Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred: Experience with Service Now. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Business Units and IT to facilitate communication and support. Acknowledge, evaluate, and resolve service tickets within SLA agreements while performing root cause analysis. Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users for front and backend applications. Execute SQL scripts and analyze environment logs to troubleshoot and manage data. Administer Windows servers and support both Windows and RE Linux based on-premises applications. Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and optimize technology to reduce operational costs. Lead the application QA testing process, including test management, planning, execution, and oversight. Why apply?
