Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Alternatively, 5+ years of additional Systems Engineering (SE) experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • 20+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Alternatively, an additional 5+ years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record in enhancing communication strategies and processes.
  • Extensive experience in security coordination and compliance.
  • Strong background in STE/STN roles and 508 compliance.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture and migration projects.
  • Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.

Responsibilities

  • Communications Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between different customer organizations.
  • Security Coordinator: Manage and oversee security protocols and initiatives.
  • STE/STN for Products: Ensure systems and products meet technical standards and requirements.
  • SSP Reauthorization: Lead the System Security Plan (SSP) reauthorization process.
  • 508 Compliance: Ensure all products and systems comply with Section 508 standards.
  • Cloud Architecture Collaboration: Work closely with the Government’s cloud architecture team to facilitate the transition into cloud-based solutions.
