About The Position

The Senior Systems & IT Manager is a hands-on technology leader responsible for owning, operating, and continuously improving the company’s end-to-end technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology - translating business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions while acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external developers, and technology vendors. This individual is a seasoned IT generalist with strong technical depth, sound business judgment, and a proactive mindset. They are accountable for delivering a reliable, low-friction technology experience for all employees while ensuring the company’s systems and architecture are built to scale. This role has no direct reports and operates through strong cross-functional partnership and vendor management. Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in IT, systems, or technology roles with broad, hands-on exposure across infrastructure, applications, integrations, and end-user support
Proven experience acting as a business-facing IT leader and trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of modern, SaaS-based technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and external development teams effectively without direct reports
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with a pragmatic and service-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-growth, consumer, retail, or omnichannel organizations
Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce platforms, BI tools, and financial systems
Experience modernizing or scaling IT operations in a growing company environment
