Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting Technical Projects or Clinical Research experience with a with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or Business.
  • Advanced understanding of the clinical research lifecycle, with experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical data management.
  • Expertise in clinical database systems and data management processes, tools, and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of Siebel CTMS (all roles) and Veeva Document Management systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs and impact into technical language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word), including expert-level PowerPoint and slide design.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time and task management; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with time tracking systems for specific tasks.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and business partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements, influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Will lead or support projects supporting the clinical and regulatory roadmap activities, including but not limited to:
  • Support the Nucleus Program and connect the dots between Clinical Operations Systems, Nucleus workstreams and will support in Communications and Change Management throughout program execution.
  • Creator of Business Communications and Materials
  • Support OU SMEs and consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs to prioritize use cases
  • Create and support the creation of processes, gbets, training and other tools
  • Provides technical expertise
  • Provide User Experience input
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process creation and materials
  • Provide End user support as needed
  • Support and/or work with project teams, disciplines, or functions within Medtronic as needed, including leading SOCs, exchanging information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
  • Own and manage SOPs and Process documents and trainings as needed
