About The Position

The Operations & Performance Support Team is seeking an energetic candidate to develop and manage O&Rs operational data and reporting portfolio. The Data Analyst partners with operational and leadership teams to support data driven decision making across the operations organization to improve efficiency and optimize performance in order to provide safe, timely, efficient and reliable installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of the electric and gas distribution system and associated equipment. Under the direction of the Section Manager, the Data Analyst will provide support to operations staff related to data management, report generation, and operational analysis. The Data Analyst will work with operations staff and leadership to prepare reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators. The Data Analyst is responsible for managing data sources, accuracy of recurring reports, and developing ad-hoc reports. The role requires the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables, adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high quality analytical output, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying sound judgment to determine urgency, impact, and importance.
