About The Position

TurningPoint is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a federal enterprise system implementation by analyzing current workflows, defining future-state processes, and supporting configuration and integration activities. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and system integrators to ensure technical solutions align with operational needs Location: Rockville, MD with ability to work on client site as needed in Washington, DC. Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required to start. Typical Impacts Include Analyze current-state business workflows and data flows and define future-state process models Develop and document Current / As-Is and Future / To-Be process and data flow diagrams Define systems integration and interface requirements between enterprise platforms Support configuration management activities, including functional setup and access controls Collaborate with development and integration teams to design and implement system interfaces Support data integration, migration planning, and validation activities Assist with system testing, validation, and end-to-end process verification prior to production readiness

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise or federal clients
  • Demonstrated experience with: Data integration and systems integration Workflow analysis and future-state process definition Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications
  • Experience working directly with client, development, and integration teams
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting IT service management platforms (e.g., service desk or workflow tools)
  • Familiarity with federal systems security authorization requirements
  • Prior experience working on federal systems implementation projects
