About The Position

TurningPoint is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a federal enterprise system implementation by analyzing current workflows, defining future-state processes, and supporting configuration and integration activities. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and system integrators to ensure technical solutions align with operational needs Location: Rockville, MD with ability to work on client site as needed in Washington, DC. Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required to start.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise or federal clients
  • Demonstrated experience with: Data integration and systems integration Workflow analysis and future-state process definition
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications
  • Experience working directly with client, development, and integration teams
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting IT service management platforms (e.g., service desk or workflow tools)
  • Familiarity with federal systems security authorization requirements
  • Prior experience working on federal systems implementation projects

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current-state business workflows and data flows and define future-state process models
  • Develop and document Current / As-Is and Future / To-Be process and data flow diagrams
  • Define systems integration and interface requirements between enterprise platforms
  • Support configuration management activities, including functional setup and access controls
  • Collaborate with development and integration teams to design and implement system interfaces
  • Support data integration, migration planning, and validation activities
  • Assist with system testing, validation, and end-to-end process verification prior to production readiness
