The Field Implementation Engineer I is a technical role responsible for hands-on IT support, system maintenance, and standard deployments. This position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, networking fundamentals, and strong troubleshooting skills. In addition to handling service and incident requests, the Field Implementation Engineer I plays a key role in providing operational support for escalated issues—working closely with other Field Implementation Engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure seamless on-site service delivery. This role also supports the onboarding and implementation of new facilities, including deploying infrastructure, configuring systems, and ensuring technology readiness to meet organizational standards and operational requirements. This role does require traveling up to 40% in and outside the state of Arizona and would consist of working out of our Headquarters when not traveling.
