- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong networking background with a security-first mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Own Tier 3+ escalations, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Enhance security posture across client environments, including EDR/XDR/MDR and SIEM.
