Senior System Administrator (Government)

AT&T has an opening for a Sr. System Administrator for the TAC2O program. This position will be providing managed IT support of TAC2O systems for high-priority defense intelligence collection needs. The job duties of the Sr. System Administrator are as follows: Plans, designs, and implements infrastructure changes and system upgrades. Manages and troubleshoots multiple VMware environments. Provides Windows Server and Linux administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Creates STIG compliant images for Windows Desktop, Windows Server, and Linux OS. Creates, tests, and deploys software packages using software deployment products such as SCCM, PDQ, etc. Provides advanced level administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controllers. Provides expert level support and mentoring for Mid and Junior System Administrator personnel. Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures for system and software changes. Utilizes scripting to automate common tasks. Performs hardware maintenance/repair activities. Ensures proper planning and execution of major projects/maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Experience managing VMware, Nutanix, and other types of enterprise level Virtual Infrastructures.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory and Group Policy Object (GPO).
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with multi-level security domains.
- Experience with networks containing Cross Domain and multi-level security appliances
- Must presently be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2 preferred); must be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2) by date of security indoctrination with any necessary continuing education (CE) for certification.
- Ability to write scripts using PowerShell and/or Bash.
- Required Clearance: TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
