About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in text‑based programming languages (e.g., Python, C, or similar) to join a tight‑knit team building an automated test suite for a series of tactical system emulators. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in text‑based programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, C++) and/or LabVIEW, with strong scripting abilities for test‑automation.
Ability to interpret and work from hardware schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Familiarity with version‑control systems (Git, SVN) and configuration‑management best practices.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced team environment.
A proactive, “hungry‑to‑learn” attitude and willingness to acquire new skills on the job.
Must be able to obtain a secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience integrating software modules into automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, test‑case design, and verification/validation processes.
Hands‑on experience with Jira (or a similar issue‑tracking tool) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflow practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups.
Basic understanding of networking protocols and data exchange formats (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, JSON, XML) commonly used in tactical system emulation.
