Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET based)

Specific responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer position include: Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge Provide technical mentoring
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the modern .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
- Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework / EF Core
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
- Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB
- Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
- Proficient with modern development tools, including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
- Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- 5 days a week onsite
