Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You’ll support specific work streams or short-term projects where the number of inter-dependencies and inter-connections are moderate to highly variable. Assigned activities and/or project(s) encompass a level of high variations requiring agile management of deadlines. You’ll be proactive and accomplish results through own efforts. May act as lead to other Project Management Specialists. You’ll conduct analysis and provide status reports that communicate project health and potential risks/roadblocks. Challenges are varied and complex. You’ll apply advanced in-depth knowledge of project management support principles, methods, procedures, and practices in the development and execution of project management support activities; understands project life cycle. You’ll coordinate activities that support completion of tasks necessary for project execution. You’ll identify problems and solutions. Provides input to project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets. You’ll lead project teams under the direction of Project Manager. You’ll identify and resolve issues and conflicts amongst team members and, if needed, escalate to Project Manager for resolution. You’ll conduct analysis and prepare presentations for use in communicating facts, practices, and policies to internal contacts and team members. You’ll serve as the primary liaison with internal and external project stakeholders. You’ll exercise independent judgment and discretion to advise and recommend courses of action. Provide input for decisions regarding establishing and changing project direction. You’ll be proactive in addressing project team needs and providing reminders, good communicator, both written and verbally. You’ll be able to interact and coordinate with outside agencies, licensing, and project teams. You’ll obtain project status, updates, and maintain the project tracking database, as well as other administrative skills You’ll recognize verbal cues in meetings (action items, requests, additional meetings to be setup, etc.) You’ll be able to work well in a team, as well as independently You’ll be able to adapt and reprioritize on a day-to-day basis depending on new or existing challenges that arise Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
