About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Support Consultant – Cloud to join our team and drive the implementation, support, and evolution of cloud-based electronic invoicing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in B2B integration, data exchange protocols, secure communication, and experience with XML/EDI technologies. A background in European eInvoicing standards and regulations is an advantage. You will undergo an initial training period followed by ongoing hands-on experience and support to become largely autonomous in delivering and supporting eInvoicing integration projects.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in cloud integration or B2B product environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs, XML, JSON for integration tasks
  • Proven experience with B2B connectivity, especially using protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS1/AS2, HTTPS
  • Solid understanding of data formats (XML/XSD, EDIFACT, X12, UTF-8/ASCII)
  • Practical knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (EDIINT, AS2)
  • Working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows systems
  • Experience with scripting and basic automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerized solutions, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments
  • Understanding of security protocols and PKI (SSL, certificates, encryption)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English and French required)
  • High adaptability to new environments and technical requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise security protocols: OAuth, SAML, LDAP, SSO
  • Exposure to European eInvoicing standards (e.g., PEPPOL, CTC, VAT compliance in EU and France)

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure cloud-based eInvoicing solutions for B2B integrations
  • Support integration with customer systems using APIs, XML, JSON, and EDI formats
  • Analyze customer requirements and ensure seamless system-to-system communication
  • Work with communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS for secure data exchange
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across OS platforms (Linux/Windows), file transfer, and message encryption
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation for data handling and deployment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant eInvoicing standards and regional tax regulations (e.g., PEPPOL, CTC, VAT reform)
  • Document solutions, workflows, and technical processes clearly
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support post-implementation
