About The Position

Amazon’s North America Supply Chain team is looking for a Senior Supply Chain manager to join our transformation team. The Supply Chain Manager Transformation support complex and high impact programs across the NA Operations Verticals (Core, Sub Same Day, Grocery Logistics, Whole Foods Markets). This is a high stake position identifying synergies (inbound/sourcing/placement) at the interface between the various Ops verticals, the relevant tech teams (sourcing/buying, placement, fulfillment), compliance teams (Food Safety / Hazmat), Finance teams, and Supply Chain planning teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

Responsibilities

• Deep dive integration opportunities across NA Ops verticals
• Define timelines, tech, cost. Detail assumptions and associated sensitivities
• Track progress, and ensure partner teams have their relevant contributions above the line
• Report and manage risks
