About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain analysis or a related role, with a proven track record of process improvement and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems), with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Advanced Excel capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems, including knowledge of P21 configuration options and proven experience using it to optimize inventory levels and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports for supply chain performance monitoring and exception management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to address corporate or business unit-level supply chain challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• DataAnalysis:Analyze supply chain data toidentifytrends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Technology Implementation:Evaluate and recommend supply chain technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Process Improvement:Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain processesthat driveimprovements inin-stock levels,costs,lead times, and inventory turnover.
• Reporting & Dashboards:Develop and present reports and dashboards on supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to vendors and senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales,analytics,and IT, to ensure alignment on supply chain goals andobjectives.
• Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
