The Senior Supervisor, Operations Management role directs the development and implementation of activities in production to meet goals for quality, cost, and efficiency; manages operations including manufacturing, planning, engineering, testing, quality, and logistics; oversees procedures, budgets, capital expenditures, and labor; and ensures compliance with legal and safety standards. Essential Functions: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Engage in the development of their team’s aircraft schedules and metrics. Build a strong understanding of metric data to support sound operational decision-making. Possess the ability to review aircraft technical information and manage the execution of technical tasks to ensure safety, accuracy, quality, and adherence to budgetary and staffing requirements. Provide direction and coordination of all manufacturing operations. Contribute to the establishment and adherence to operational policies and procedures. Achieve company goals for production/sales in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Assist in the planning and staffing of Manufacturing Operations. Assist in efforts to maintain a clean, safe environment for all employees. Represent Manufacturing Operations in meetings, both internal and external. Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA standards and all legal requirements. Support manufacturing initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, SPC, CPI, AS9100). Comply with and enforce L-3 policies and Ethics codes. Review existing and potential equipment requirements for manufacturing. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
