Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Superintendent p rovides field project team leadership and has overall and bottom line responsibility for field aspects of the project. Is also actively involved in prospective project lead generation, and proposal preparation and presentation.

Requirements

Knows and can perform all duties of Project Superintendent on large and complex projects
OSHA 30 Hour certified at least every 3 years
First Aid and CPR certified at least every 2 years
Holds a Class A Contractor Supervisor Certificate in a jurisdiction in Pinkards marketplace
LEED accreditation may be required
