Builtech is seeking a Senior Superintendent to take ownership of and lead successful projects for our clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field supervision role

Proficiency in the following software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore
Skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40-pound loads at the same time
Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary

Responsibilities

Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
Implement and enforce on-site safety program that adheres to the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
Represent Builtech as the client's primary on-site contact.
Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
Daily communication with your project teammates.
Develop clients and develop internal teams
Oversee and guide other Builtech superintendents and their projects
