As a Data Cloud Success Guide, this role is crucial for driving successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging technical expertise in data and analytics. Data Cloud is the foundation of Agentforce, enabling real-time, intelligent decision-making by centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data. It delivers context-aware AI automation, hyper-personalized customer interactions, and predictive insights, driving operational efficiency and business value. Data Cloud also supports seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds for Customer 360 use cases, enhancing AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive customer insights. This role requires the ability to speak intelligently to both Data Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products. The Senior Success Guide plays a critical role in helping customers realize value and accelerate adoption of the Data 360 platform, blending technical expertise and business acumen to coach customers on best practices and product capabilities. This guidance directly influences product adoption, satisfaction, and ROI. The role is both proactive and reactive, involving 1:1 Success Requests, Expert Coaching Sessions, and acting as a trusted advisor, partnering with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support to help customers achieve business goals and drive measurable product adoption. Collaboration is central to success, working closely with diverse teams and customers to bolster knowledge of the Data Cloud platform and drive optimal usage.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry, preferably with strong Data 360 and AI expertise
  • Experience with Data 360 and discussing the competitive advantage Data Cloud offers to AI functionality
  • Fluent Portuguese and English speaker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, global teams
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and ROI for customers, driving tangible results
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain deep technical understanding of our suite of products, and be a clear leader in terms of technical acumen across the teams
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Guide organization, including an understanding of how Data Cloud relates and supports the success of AI
  • Engage with our Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize current Data Cloud usage
  • Run engagements aligned with Data Cloud product capabilities, tailoring conversations to the unique needs and opportunities of our customers
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders
  • Drive thought leadership when possible through mentoring and knowledge sharing
