The selected candidate will prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages. They will determine sources and purchase raw material, parts, systems and equipment for operation of a rotorcraft production organization. They will analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives. Negotiates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules and will monitor performance of suppliers. You are an experienced Subcontract Administrator with a strong background in procurement and supplier management. You possess excellent analytical and organization skills, coupled with an understanding of acquisition policies and procedures. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 3+years of related experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Negotiation and/or price analysis experience
  • US DoD industry experience
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
