Requirements
- PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience managing design + construction phases
- Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Nice To Haves
- Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
- Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff , elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth
- Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
- Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
- Review and refine design & production standards , ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
