Requirements

  • PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Experience managing design + construction phases
  • Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI

Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
  • Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff , elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth
  • Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
  • Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
  • Review and refine design & production standards , ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
