As a Senior Strategy Management Specialist, you’ll lead enterprise‑level initiatives that improve the end‑to-end lending experience for customers and employees. You’ll simplify complex lending problems into clear, actionable strategies using strong process design, visual storytelling and executive-ready materials. Drawing on your experience in commercial lending, credit operations, and major transformation initiatives, you’ll work across teams to diagnose root causes, define current and future states and design practical solutions that enhance experience, reduce operational friction and support scalable execution. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, asking the right questions and organizing complex problems. You turn insights into clear presentations, process flows and decision documents that enable confident, timely decisions at all levels. This role requires strong collaboration across lending, credit, operations, technology and change teams. You’ll be a trusted contributor who steps in to help achieve shared outcomes.
