Senior Strategy Lead, Cash Product and Experience
About The Position
We’re seeking a strategic leader to own and advance Vanguard’s Cash products within the Cash & Savings portfolio. In this role, you will shape and execute the end-to-end strategy for the Cash Plus Account, driving product innovation, client experience enhancements, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in client and deposit product strategy and excels at translating vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and problem diagnosis
- Independently define business problems and opportunities by consulting with partners.
- Drive end-to-end client experience strategy, marketing messaging, and product roadmap development.
- Coach less experienced team members on best practices and business acumen.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Synthesize analyses, key findings, client feedback, and potential solutions into clear strategies that inform product and client experience roadmaps and align with client segment strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful materials, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.
- Provide subject matter expertise and data-driven insights
- Leverage expertise to derive key insights from complex data and client feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Own and manage the product health scorecard, delivering actionable insights to optimize performance and client outcomes.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends
- Stay ahead of market developments and competitive dynamics.
- Inform senior leadership on trends and recommend enhancements to capabilities, services, and marketing strategies that strengthen Vanguard’s Cash products.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and risk management
- Collaborate closely with fraud, risk, and operations teams to maintain product integrity and security.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to initiatives that enhance client experience and business outcomes.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
