Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience required.
  • 12-15 years of progressive health insurance experience in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and/or Finance.
  • Proven experience leading product teams.
  • Experience designing highly regulated insurance products including experience with Commercial, State Programs, and Medicare products
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Executive Leadership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.
  • Humility to play as a team.
  • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Public Health, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the Medicare product strategy, including DSNP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Innovation: Drive the development of differentiated product offerings that improve member experience, clinical outcomes, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Clinical, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless product execution and performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory monitoring to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the Medicare product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, including benefit design, pricing, and performance tracking.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with CMS, state agencies, and external partners to ensure product compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans that drive enrollment and retention.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor product KPIs, member satisfaction, and financial performance to ensure products meet or exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
