Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals. We’re in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we’re looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity. We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to own the writing across one of our largest and most complex accounts—a high-volume performance marketing client with a deep portfolio of brands, regional markets, and localized creative needs. This is not a “just write what’s on the brief” role. You’ll work at both the brand/campaign level and the executional level, developing strategic messaging platforms and then building the systems to scale them across hundreds of touchpoints. You’ll partner with art directors on concepting, navigate compliance and regulatory requirements, and bring a systems-minded approach to high-volume creative. We’re also looking for someone who’s AI-forward—not because it’s a buzzword, but because this account demands efficiency at scale. You should be actively using AI tools to accelerate your process, automate repetitive tasks, and scale your output without sacrificing quality. You’ll work closely with our Head of Creative Technology to identify opportunities to automate templated and redundant work. You Might Be a Fit If You… You lead through the quality of your work—shaping creative direction, driving concepting sessions, and setting the standard for what great copy looks like on the account You think brand-first, even in a performance and retail-driven environment You’re comfortable writing across every format: broadcast, video, audio, OOH, digital, CRM, web, social, and print You understand the difference between brand-level messaging, regional campaigns, and localized executions—and can write for all three You can navigate brand guidelines, legal and compliance requirements, and offer-driven messaging without losing the creative thread You’re a systems thinker who builds frameworks, templates, and modular writing systems that scale You’re already using AI tools in your creative workflow—and you can talk about how and why You want to concept with art directors, not just fill in copy decks
