About The Position

This role helps turn strategic ideas into action by coordinating projects, supporting internal and client workstreams, and scaling reusable tools, templates, and processes. You’ll ensure the growing strategic function runs smoothly and consistently, supporting the Director and team to lay the foundation for scalable growth and long-term success.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in consulting, engineering project coordination, or operational roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working in both structured and ambiguous settings.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Professional, credible, and confident in your expertise.
  • Strategic thinker with a vision for opportunities and the ability to drive improvements and close deals efficiently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex issues for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with automotive, industrial, or energy sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients’ product strategy through should-cost analysis, relative cost analysis, product benchmarking, technology roadmapping, and market entry/positioning strategy.
  • Assist in developing high-value technology and product-focused strategic services.
  • Coordinate delivery of internal and client-facing strategic projects.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Assist with research, content creation, proposal inputs, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation, team trackers, templates, and toolkits for consistent delivery.
  • Support internal team routines such as standups, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership.
  • Track team availability and project assignments; help allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify delivery or capacity risks and coordinate with the Director.
  • Manage internal assets like frameworks for benchmarking, cost modeling, and strategy.
  • Support the development of repeatable methods and best-practice documentation.
  • Assist in proposals and client engagement to open new markets and opportunities.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making in areas such as electrification, hydrogen, and regulatory change.
