The Strategic Insights & Program Content Developer plays a key role in shaping how Consumer & Business Banking leaders communicate strategy and performance. You will transform complex business insights into clear, compelling presentations and messaging that drive alignment across teams. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to grow as a strategic communications partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience in corporate communications, leadership support, or consulting roles.
• 2+ years experience creating professional presentations in a corporate or consulting environment.
• 2+ years business acumen within banking or financial services.
• 2+ years advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• 2+ years strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• 2+ years experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive self.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready presentations that translate data and strategy into clear visual stories.
• Support communication plans that align stakeholders to business priorities and milestones.
• Manage Town Halls, newsletters, and recurring segment communications.
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, Product, Risk, and Marketing to gather insights and shape messaging.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, structure, and design across materials.
• Advise leaders on effective communication approaches and channels.
• Create educational content and sales program communications to support business initiatives.
