The Senior Strategic Campaign Manager is a key driver of campaign performance and partner success. In this role, you’ll oversee the full campaign lifecycle—managing day-to-day execution from trafficking and hands-on optimization to ROI analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring performance stays on track, distilling complex data into accessible insights, and clearly communicating results to our partners. This is a senior, highly independent position that requires exceptional accuracy across detailed operational workflows and the ability to troubleshoot issues with confidence. You will also help strengthen team-wide processes by documenting best practices and contributing ideas that support our continued growth. We’re looking for an expert with 4+ years of experience in ad operations, trafficking, or digital account management, along with fluency in platforms such as The Trade Desk, Meta, and TikTok. If you have a proven track record as a Digital Strategist, Performance Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, or Senior Paid Media Specialist, you likely have the toolkit we’re looking for!
