About The Position

Two Ocean Education Partners is seeking an experienced (3 to 5 years) Senior Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing Campaign Management team. This role is built for a seasoned campaign professional who takes pride in the craft of flawless campaign execution and finds genuine satisfaction in the details that make campaigns work. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for our college and university partners. On any given day, you might build and deploy 15+ campaigns across platforms, run QA checklists, troubleshoot a deliverability issue, and prep the next week’s send calendar. You’ll be the operational backbone that account management, project management, and analytics teams rely on — executing campaigns with precision and speed so our partners’ strategies reach students. This role is focused on hands-on campaign execution—building, launching, and managing campaigns accurately, at scale, and on time. If you’re energized by doing high-quality work and continuously improving how it gets done, we’d love to hear from you. You start the morning reviewing the send calendar and confirming QA is complete on three campaigns going out before noon. You catch a suppression list error on one, fix it, and re-test. By afternoon you’re building next week’s email journeys in the automation platform, cross-referencing audience lists. You wrap up by documenting a new workflow step and reviewing a junior team member’s campaign setup before it goes live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, or campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and/or email service providers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the operational side of marketing — you’re energized by building things correctly and at volume, not just advising on how they should be built.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced user of Excel, Monday.com and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, deliverability best practices, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in higher education marketing, client services, or agency environments.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to data privacy and digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, test, and deploy high-volume email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns daily across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every step.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: calendar planning, campaign setup, scheduling, QA, and deployment.
  • Execute and optimize data-buy strategies with major test-based audience list providers (e.g., The College Board, Encoura), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Assist the Digital Strategy team in building and executing paid digital content via Meta Ads Manager.
  • Serve as the team’s subject-matter expert for marketing automation; owning scalable workflows and maintaining documentation, standards, and operational best practices.
  • Apply and uphold data quality, compliance, and deliverability standards across all campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and email deliverability daily, proactively identifying risks and flagging issues before they become problems.
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior campaign team members, reviewing their setups and supporting consistent execution standards.
  • Contribute operational input to Two Ocean’s product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

Benefits

  • A mission-driven workplace that values your expertise and execution-focused leadership.
  • Opportunities to grow your career and expand your impact.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where success is shared.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in higher education and student outcomes.
