As a part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and promoter who maintains a focus on customer success. You will work within teams dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies, collaborating with strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists to spot and analyze customer needs and trends while creating and implementing business plans for all types of businesses. As a part of the Agency team, you will empower the clients to achieve their marketing and advertising goals through agency partnerships. Your role will involve collaborating with agencies and advertisers, while also helping agencies enhance their capabilities to better serve their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the partners on a journey by determining where the agency, customer, and Google strategies and GCS priorities align to enable agency and customer success.
